He previously held key roles at IBM, Symantec, Kaleyra, and LeadSquared, delivering impactful enterprise solutions and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer focus.

Ashok brings a wealth of experience in engineering management, most recently as a Senior Engineering Manager at Glance, where he progressed through various leadership roles.

His career includes valuable experience as a Senior Software Engineer at COVIAM and Staff Software Engineer at IBM.

Earlier in his career, he held positions at Oracle and TCS, building a strong foundation in software development and quality assurance.

Shalinee brings a strong foundation in frontend engineering and product thinking, most recently as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Motive, where she spent over five years building and scaling customer-facing products used by tens of thousands of users. She studied Computer Science at IIIT Vadodara, where she first discovered her love for building things people interact with.

A seasoned Technology & Business Leader with 24 years of IT industry experience, Raghu Mangaraju is an expert in establishing, scaling, and operationalizing India-based Global Capability Centers (GCCs). He is a strong leader in Global Capability Center Establishment and strategic scaling of India operations. Over the last 10 years, he successfully founded and scaled the India operations for two high-growth firms: Blend360 India and Core Compete (acquired by Accenture AI in 2021).
